First of all because I can\u2019t help it I love ruffles and second of all because it\u2019s done in no time. Follow your instinct and you\u2019ll find the right combination of clothes to execute that refashioning project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FOR this DIY, I first decided I was going to get rid of the embroidery on the hem of the dress. Then I removed to waistband of the skirt and simply assembled the edges of both garment together and the result is quite stunning.
